Artist Statement

Traci Oberle is an abstract collage and assemblage artist. Her work features found and repurposed objects, both natural and manufactured. Many of the objects are picked up off the ground; others are donated by family and friends. She works spontaneously, and uses acrylics to build up a textural surface to create an environment for her vast collection of debris.


Artist Biography

Traci is a member of the National Collage Society and the International Society of Experimental Artists. She holds signature status in the Virginia Watercolor Society and is a juried member of Potomac Valley Watercolorists. Traci exhibits with ValeArts and she creates in her studio at the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton, Virginia.
